All Phase
Foundation

Removing Methane. Protecting Health. Powering Communities.
The All Phase Foundation is a community-based nonprofit committed to protecting families from the hidden dangers of methane gas while building pathways to clean, electric, and resilient homes.
We work at the intersection of public health, environmental justice, and clean energy, ensuring that frontline and historically excluded communities are not left behind in the energy transition.
Because clean air, safe homes, and affordable energy should not be a luxury.

Our Mission

The All Phase Foundation educates, trains, and mobilizes communities to eliminate hazardous methane gas from homes and buildings while advancing equitable access to clean, all-electric, and renewable energy solutions.

We believe that communities most harmed by pollution must be first to benefit from clean energy investments.

Programs

We provide accessible, culturally relevant education on:
-The health impacts of methane gas
-Indoor air quality
-The benefits of all-electric appliances
-Energy efficiency and cost savings
Our approach is rooted in deep listening, trust-building, and storytelling—meeting people where they are.

Electrification & Clean Energy Access

We help households, nonprofits, and houses of worship:

  • Transition from gas to electric appliances
  • Navigate incentive and rebate programs
  • Prepare homes for solar and energy storage
  • Become solar-ready and grid-resilient

We focus on practical pathways, not abstract promises.

Workforce & Economic Pathways

We connect residents to:

  • Clean energy training opportunities
  • Green jobs and contractor networks
  • Local workforce pipelines tied to electrification and efficiency

Clean energy must also mean economic opportunity.

Arts, Culture & Storytelling

Through initiatives like Connecting the Arts, we partner with artists, storytellers, and cultural institutions to:

  • Document lived experiences
  • Humanize data
  • Shift public narratives around decarbonization

Stories move people—and policy.
